So much going on

Hello peepz!

Yeah, it is me πŸ™‚ Say hello to the woman that has a new job!! πŸ˜€ I am so excited to start with my new adventure. My new adventure will start at the 1st of August at a beautiful insurance company called Nationale Nederlanden.Β  I also scored an A for my practical exam at KPN and the last 4 weeks will feel a bit odd because I know I will be leaving. I already take some closure here and I am so grateful for my time at KPN, I’ve learned so much and made new friends.

Oh yeah, I’m graduated !!

Another achieved goal is that I have gained 4 kg in 2 months! πŸ˜€ I feel so great and I am definitely in a positive good flow. It is so nice to set goals for yourself and actually achieve them. It’s good for yourself but also to achieve goals when you have a positive mindset. It sound for you maybe stupid but I am actually write down my goals in a book with the time I want to achieved it. I believe when your thoughts are positive you attract positive things in life and when you write it down will manifest. Of course I am sad or mad at some days, that is what makes us human, but I find a new way to get rid of the negative thoughts. When you can be positive and STAY positive in difficult situations you have won and positive things will come back right at ya. πŸ˜‰

How do you stay positive?

First of all, take good care to yourself. If you want that your energy level vibrate high you have to lift your energy to this level to feel happy and positive. And only YOU can control your own happiness, no one else! πŸ˜‰ So do things what makes you feel happy and take good care of yourself everyday.

  • Listen to your favorite music
  • Write down your goals
  • Watch your favorite movie/series
  • Surround yourself with positive people
  • Be with animals or nature
  • Do exercise
  • Eat healthy
  • Be grateful

”What am I happy about in my life right now?”

”What am I excited about in my life right now?”

”What am I grateful for in my life right now?”

If you do this everyday you will automatically feel better and stay in a positive flow. πŸ™‚

If someone gives you negative energy and a reason to be mad. Try to let go of these emotion, accept and think in solutions to make yourself feel better again. I know this is hard but when you practise this it will get easier. So your life is! To me this really works.
